Ferrer's Arms open wide

Family-friendly pub, The Ferrers Arms in Lount, near Ashby, has opened its doors to the public following a complete refurbishment which has created thirty new jobs in the area.

The refurbishment has seen a number of improvements to the pub interior, giving it a fresh traditional feel which also includes a brand new kitchen. The spacious patio and extended kids play area has also been enhanced, making it ideal for families to relax on a summer’s day.

“The pub looks great now and is a real improvement. The new managers, Steve and Eve are looking forward to welcoming and serving the local community with food from the new Two for One menu.”

The brand new menu offers diners Two for One on all main meals and chef’s specials, such as the delicious ‘Salmon and Prawn Linguini.’ The Ferrers Arms has made sure those with a sweet tooth are catered for too with their ‘Dessert of the Season’ -currently the irresistible ‘Banoffee Waffle Sandwich.’ There is also a nutritious children’s menu to keep everyone happy.

With the pub offering great food in a relaxing environment at prices to suit every budget, it’ll be hard to resist.
